My kryptonite
My kryptonite is free time. As long as I'm busy or occupied, I can eat healthy. But, when I have down time, I tend to wander over to the fridge and see what there is to munch on. I'm constantly working to prevent myself from "grazing" on whatever happens to be around.
My only other weakness is the person I live with, she loves to keep unhealthy food around the house and go out to eat, and not having control over my "food environment" makes it very hard for me to eat healthy. I've tried to have conversations with her before, but she ends up (and this is paraphrasing/nutshelling a lot) pointing out that if I were a better person with better self control, it wouldn't be a problem. Not exactly supportive, but as long as she has chocolate in the house I guess I don't matter
